I would give Roto-Rooter zero stars but unfortunately I had to click on a star in order to post my review. I called at about 2 in the afternoon. Informed the person that I spoke too, that my bathroom sink was clogged and also the pipe going into the wall was broken, The technician did not arrive at my home till after 8pm. The technician was not aware of the broken pipe. The estimate that he gave me was for 485.00. He was able to clear the drain but was not able to fix the drain pipe going into the wall. He adjusted the price and only charged me 353.84 and provided instructions to my husband on how to replace the pipe that was broken and what parts we needed to purchase. We went the the plumbing supply and it cost us another 25.00 for the parts. When my husband tried to repair the pipe we found that we could not repair the pipe and we did not have the tools to cut a copper pipe. We ended up calling another plumber and it cost another 200.00 to fix what we called Rotor-Rooter for. I cannot blame the technician that came here as he was in the dark and did not know about the broken copper pipeI can tell you that I will NEVER call Rotor-Rooter again. They are a complete rip off and it cost more to complete the job and another plumber to finish their work. I spent 578.84 due to Rotor-Rooter incompetency

Sal brought all his tools and the materials he needed for the job. And when there was water on the floor he cleaned it up right away. I will be calling him whenever I need a plumber.

I was told by my furnace service (HomeServe) that my heat exchanger was cracked and that I needed a new furnace. I got several estimates for a new furnace, but only Mike of Aladdin actually looked at my old one and said he couldn’t find any crack. He suggested I call HomeServe back to get another opinion. They performed a carbon monoxide test which proved Mike was right: no crack. He saved me from having to buy a new furnace even though it meant he would lose a potential sale. I can’t vouch for his workmanship, since he didn’t do any work for me, but I can vouch for Mike’s integrity. That’s worth the price of gold.

The best service ever!! I needed to find a plumber because our toilet and tub were clogged. Because of the weather, another company was trying to get me scheduled four days in advance. When I called this company at 7 o'clock in the evening, I was told that someone could be at my house as early as 9 o'clock the following morning. The serviceman who came out, Jose, did a fantastic job. I'm relieved it was fixed. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Everyone I dealt with, from the scheduling agent on the phone to the technician who came to our home, exceeded my expectations.

Called a number of places, and Boris Mechanical was responsive and also offered a fair price. Many others weren't willing to provide estimates or were bad at getting back to me.

Harris plumbing installed two backflow devices. One on a sprinkler system and another on a domestic water supply. Harris personnel were responsive and James did a neat and professional job.
I will use them again when the need arises and recommend them to all.
