When I phoned my regular plumber about our kitchen sink back-up, he advised we call Roto-Rooter. So glad he did. Highly recommend.

The service was great, and they were able to come quickly. My only issue was the exorbitant cost that I felt wasn’t very transparent. I was quoted one price over the phone and when the technician arrived, he gave me another higher price which seemed high but I appreciated the convenience. At the end of the visit, the final price was about $500 more, for a total of $1,100 to snake a garbage disposal and about 1.5 hours of labor. The technician didn’t wear booties and ended up leaving my kitchen floor pretty messy, which I definitely wouldn’t have expected for the premium price. I would recommend to people for quick and good, but very expensive service.

Vigilante is not cheap but when you get satisfactory service for the money it makes handing over the cash a little less painful. This was the case for my husband and I thanks to the stellar job done by one of Vigilante’s ace workers. He was extremely professional and respectful.
