Came home to a leaking water heater hose late Sunday evening. Called up Hub Plumbing and made a next day appointment to have it replaced.

John showed up right on time and fixed the problem plus replacing valve handle - in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was quick, clean and affordable. If you are in NYC area, I Highly recommend it!

I couldn't have chosen a better plumber. his work was meticulous & he was very polite & explained what he doing step by step. also his fee was about 1/2 of what others wanted to charge...& he did extra things with no extra charge. i would recommend him absolutely both for his price his expertise. what a Godsend!!!

Never showed up, never called, nothing.. Amazing they have such high reviews. I called them Tuesday night, and no 30 min service, but they said 7am the next day or in the afternoon, and NOTHING!!! I called a two more times and voice mail...

Very good plumber, courteous with a genuine big smile.Not happy how long we waited for the plumber to arrive which was no fault of his.Called at 11:45am given a window. Of 11:45-4:45pm and plumber arrived after 6pm. Again no fault of his.Wasted entire day including canceling my Covid booster waiting for arrival.

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

I shopped around and obtained several estimates for work we needed for our house plumbing. These guys are very competitive with their pricing and gave us a very good price on the plumbing work we needed done. We were very happy with their quality of service, their honest approach to what the work entailed and how expeditiously all of our work got done.
