My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

To my utter surprise, a live operator took my call and promptly accommodated my request for an appointment the very same day. I don't know how competitive their pricing are, but I believe that less trustworthy businesses or plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior lady to undertake extra work and drive up the bill.
