He has a better understanding of how these systems work than the other so-called “experts” we have had tried to resolve the problem. He emailed us instructions of how we will need to fix the issue and gave out Super some unsolicited advice on how best to manage the system to prevent the problem from occurring again. We manage Not only were 72F’s fees reasonable but we were left with a sense of professional trust that is hard to find in the service industry today.
