These guys were fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would definitely call them again.

Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Tim called me and explained why his team wasn't able to come out as scheduled. Tim made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word. Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. Roto-Rooter was great!They advised the time slot and advised me 30 minutes before the technician would be there. The technician, Mike was right on time. He was polite, knowledgeableand professional. Best drain cleaning experts in Manhattan. In every way, a professional. They arrived to unclog a sewer line. While our basement is newly carpeted, we took care to wear shoe covers. Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

Bloom Plumbing NYC won out as my go-to plumber because of their convenient location, stellar online reputation, and extensive experience with tankless systems. To my utter surprise, a live operator took my call and promptly accommodated my request for an appointment the very same day. I don't know how competitive their pricing are, but I believe that less trustworthy businesses or plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior lady to undertake extra work and drive up the bill.

Joelle was running an hour late, but they called to let me know. My bathroom sink was clogged, but he was able to clear it out and explain what he did and why. His demeanor was cordial, expert, and cautious in light of the pandemic. It's something I'd strongly suggest.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment over a week ago they were supposed to come to help to see if I had a leak in my apartment. They gave me a window of between 10-2pm so I had to take off from work. At around 10:45 I called to get a better estimate of when they thought they would come. I was put on hold and then told that their regular building clients come first and they wouldn’t be able to come today nor would they be able to come for the rest of the week. I explained that I booked it over a week before and was a paying customer and that no one had bothered to call to tell me this. I was losing a day at work to sit at home and wait for them and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they couldn’t come. Awful company. Stay away.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.
