We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Rite Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. Ari, the plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, Ari arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed the leak! Ari also cleaned up the mess after.
We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely call Rite Plumbing & Heating again if we have any more plumbing problems!

Brooke identified the problem and repaired it quickly afterward. The price was one-fifth of what was estimated by a rival firm. According to me, Brooke performed a very good job fixing the problem. I don’t write reviews but this was one of the most horrible and unacceptable experience that I have ever had that I had to make an exception to warn you all to stay away from them. I would give a -1 star if I could. The owner was particularly dishonest and disrespectful. They should go out of business.

Keli was professional and informative. He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it. The drain is back to flowing perfectly. From the time I called to when the service was complete, it was less than 2 hours on a Saturday evening. Excellent service.

I've left multiple voice messages with this company after they overcharged me for a basic plumbing issue. Their original work was poorly done, caused a leak and a potentially dangerous electrical issue that we had to call another company to handle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I still haven't heard back from them.

They only seem to have an answering service but it's been impossible to talk to an actual person to deal with any customer service or billing issues.

Patrick was in and out ten mins . Even thou he was running late he was great at communicating what was going on. He was very knowledgeable!I definitely will call him again . Highly recommended!!!!
