Called 30+ plumbers in New York City for application for new water meter permit. Nobody wanted to help. Spoke with Joey from Harris Plumbing and within 2 weeks I got my water meter permit and everything was installed and application filed. He went straight to work, was transparent about costs and what he was doing, offered advice on what to do in the future, and left the room as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it.
