they were great!!! helping out at a friends bar in brooklyn on a busy night when we had an emergency...not only did they get there fast and fix the problem, but they were polite and cleaned up after themselves!!!

We had a water heater that started leaking. Paul came in and changed it out. Price was very fair and it was done on time and Paul changed some fittings as well. They did an excellent job. I am really happy with their service. Enough to go out of my way and write a review about it lol. Would definitely recommend because it's definitely not easy finding a good reliable plumber. Hopefully I'll have no more issues.

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I came upon HBNY Plumbing & Heating's website on Google after the plumbing company I had an appointment with today cancelled for the second time. I spoke with Harry personally and he gave me an appointment for this evening. He came on time and he explained everything about the new Local 152 inspections.
He explained the report he would be filing and gave me pointers on what I can do to protect my gas lines.
The fact that he made an appointment the same day I called, the price was reasonable, he was on time, and explained everything, made me feel more at ease with the process.
