Best Plumbing Repair In New York in New York NY

I ordered a water heater from Home Depot and they sent Z-Rite over to give an estimate and ultimately do the installation. They guy that came for the estimate (I don't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on time, and was quick and professional. What gave me the warm and fuzzies about Z-Rite was that I told him about some other concerns I had with my plumbing; He was happy to talk to me about it and set me straight on a couple of things (I mean that in a good way), but he didn't try to sell me on having other work done because I didn't really need it.

The couple of guys that came to do the actual installation a few days later also showed up on time, and did quick and professional work.

This is my first time using roto rooter. I am very pleased with the service and quality of work. Marcus - Tech #4689 was professional, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and well mannered. I definitely would use him and roto rooter again.

The plumber who came to my house yesterday was very professional and left a very clean work site. I'll certainly be calling him again with any future plumbing work. Highly recommended.

Infuriating at best. Crooks. They billed me for the time they spent bidding on a job that they could not do. The billed my building for the time so that it appeared on my maintenance bill. Think twice and then think again before you call this company.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgable, helpful and well spoken. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected through no fault of theirs and they were assiduously responsive. I like to have a community of small business people I can rely and Ariel will be our plumber so long as we live here.

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. Affordable as well—for nyc standards. Give this place a try if you live nearby!

Joelle was running an hour late, but they called to let me know. My bathroom sink was clogged, but he was able to clear it out and explain what he did and why. His demeanor was cordial, expert, and cautious in light of the pandemic. It's something I'd strongly suggest.

These people quoted me a price of $450 just for the mechanic to show up (I’m 10 mins from their business address) without even knowing what my problem was.

Kew Forest Plumbing has been my “go to” plumbers for several years now.
Today they installed a new hose line ( to a better location) and removed the existing line. The workers (Tommy and JD) were fastidious about their job. They not only ran a new line, tested to ensure it functioned properly, closed off the old line, they also cleaned and vacuumed the areas. I must add, I appreciated that they discussed the various ways to remedy the plumbing issue with me to ensure I’d be satisfied with the solution I ultimately agreed to.
I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for the job to be well done and done correctly the first time.
