Jason fixed the heater on my moms condo in Kips Bay. He was in and out quickly, clean, and efficiently. A bit more expensive than the others but the service was great and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the quality work. Would definitely call again.

( It was Sunday afternoon ).It was tech#86.Service was done very professionally: He disassembled all connections, Cleaned sewer pipe, did a few comprehensive testings and then put everything back.He gave me a few recommendations what should be done in the future.In compare of other service companies, which provide similar things - this is the best.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.
