Best Plumbing Problems in New York NY

Powerflush toilet system replaced June 2020 after toilet leaking. Toilet leaking again a few days ago, service technician came out and determined leak from gasket that needs to be replaced. Charging me over $500 and claiming it has nothing to do with Powerflush system being replaced. Complaint escalated to a manager without adequate resolution from this company to assume responsibility. Gasket showed have been replaced in June with Powerflush system. This company does not act in good faith. Consumer beware.

Sal was on time, efficient, explained the issue clearly, and most importantly fixed our leaky shower in one visit.

This place doesn't exist. This isn't real plumbing company. I have reported to google. This is a lead gen company and call get routed to remote call center once you enter zip code. I will prefer to hire actual local company like Roto Rooter or Petri than these scammers.

Ahmed fixed my toilet really fast, like under 30 minutes. He came on time in the evening when I was off work. Really nice, we had good conversation, and he gave me advice on how to avoid clogging it the same way in the future.

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have. With mechanics, electricians, plumbers and similar skilled technicians, one is always taking a chance. Trust me that you will not be sorry you took a chance on Jack. Vuksani replaced a complete toilet and shutoff valve for me. Coordination was easy, team showed up early to prepare (job required a building water shutdown), and worked cleanly and professionally. Would gladly use Vuksani again for future plumbing jobs.

I recently used this plumbing service to install a new water heater in my home. The technicians were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and the new water heater works great. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Crooks. They told my super that the flood in the apartment below me was because I needed my flange replaced. I called other (honest) plumbers and my insurer and they said my flange only needed to be replaced in my apartment if there was visible flooding in my apartment and a stench. There was neither. Because they said I needed the flange replaced I had to get it done. They spent hours in my bathroom sitting on the flood doing nothing (I was getting billed hourly) and then went to charge me $855. And of course there is still flooding in the apartment below mine.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.

I DO NOT recommend this company....STRONGLY advise against it. They sub out their work so you are dealing with a third party. Which can be confusing & frustrating. The office hung up on me & failed to call me back. They don’t tell you pricing beforehand. They give you service fee price, but labor pricing isn’t hourly & once they figure out the problem & how long it will take, they don’t price it out & ASK YOU if you’d like to continue. I had to ask for invoice. Keep looking... this company ISN’T the one?
