Charged me $800 to snake the sewer main, then failed to close the pipe so it leaked all over our basement. The attention to detail was sorely lacking. When they returned to fix the problem they caused I had to argue them out of charging me for an “emergency weekend visit”. They didn’t want to take responsibility for their poor quality work.

They then told me I needed to steam clean the sewer main ($2000). I had 2 other local companies quote it for $850 and $900.

Not only are they bad at their job but they tried to con us into paying more than double the going rate for a service we didn’t really need.

Techs arrived as promised within a two hour window from 2 pm to 4pm on Saturday. They quickly diagnosed the problem -- a clogged drain (with a garbage disposal) performed the repair (which involved removing and re-installing the disposal. They acted professionally, testing both the drain and attached dishwasher. My only issue was the price -- $456 including tax -- but after a week without a kitchen drain and after another plumber was unable to repair the clog, the RR price was -- if not reasonable then certainly acceptable.

Sal did a really good job of resolving my issue today. I had a clogged toilet and they replaced the flange. All was done quickly and on time.

It was a wonderful experience. To install a new faucet in my house, I hired a plumbing company. The task was completed to a high standard and everything went according to plan! So far these plumbers have been the best I have ever encountered. It doesn't hurt that they are very experienced, but they are also punctual and reliable. If you have additional tasks in mind, they are happy to help you as well.

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

Our sink drains faster than any other sink I've ever had! the company is one of those great contractors who almost disappear in the background and properly solve any issues while other contractors spend their time telling you how hard their job is. They are not only my go to plumbers, my general contractor is also calling the company now instead of the one they used to use.

Very friendly and the issue was fixed within 15 minutes. Definitely recommended if you need something fixed quickly.

Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....
