Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in New York City, I stumbled upon Hub. The owner, John, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. Harvey was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great John is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!

I had a kitchen faucet installed today. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call. The plumber arrived ready for business. Quietly did his job and was finished quickly. Super professional and confident. I highly recommend

Cleaning 100 years of drain accumulation.This review is in reference to RN49210A. Had a main drain clog. House is over 100 years old.That is a lot of accumulation. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and they did it quickly. Had great pleasure watching the sludge and grime among other things wash away on their camera. The men were very friendly and weren't annoyed with me with my many questions. Second time that we Used your company and both times the results were excetional.Date of experience: March 1 2023

Sal was impressive! He walked us through the issues that were going on even showing us pictures and drawing a diagram. There were some unexpected pipe issues, but he handled them efficiently.

Amazing job! I was desperate when the drain's shower clogged on Sunday with my in-laws in my house! The super does not work on Sundays so I searched on the internet and I found him. It was a tough job but everything did well at the end.

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

BL held the position of technician. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

The girl at the phone was very rude and had an attitude didn’t give enough information as to the reasoning for the decisions she was making towards me

Scheduled for Friday. They called on Friday and told me they couldn't make it. I rescheduled for Monday, and they called and told me they couldn't make it again. Horrible.

I called 24 hour plumber nyc and I was skeptical who is awake at 4 am to fix a flood but this guy is amazing. He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again.
