Best Plumbing Install in New York NY

Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in New York City, I stumbled upon Hub. The owner, John, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. Harvey was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great John is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!

The A & E personnel were punctual and competent and I was especially impressed by the Lead Engineer. They finished on time, explained everything and did not leave a mess. The total price was very competitive when compared to other companies and I would definitely recommend A&E NYC Plumbing Services.

Zero stars. Completely unprofessional. Setup an appointment the day before, gave them the exact address. Had to rearrange my day, my mom's day, setup appointment with on-site management, etc., etc.... they call me 1.5 hours before scheduled time to tell me that they don't actually service this area!! They had the address and I specifically named the area for them when setting it up. Oh i didn't hear you say that. Sure you didn't, d$#bag. Thanks for wasting my time

Very expensive, $332 to change a shower cartiage. Did not arrive during the time slot, they had given me.

Got same-day service from them. Their rates are moderate and availability was good. I'll be using this company for all plumbing jobs going forward.

Our plumber, Ray , showed up within the allotted time frame. He cleared my drain promptly and gave me excellent advice on how to fix the problem.

Worth every penny and more. Ban came to our apartment on short notice.
He was very clear about the cost and what he would do. He was very quick and extremely professional. Ban worked diligently and tirelessly to unclog ten years worth of back-up in our sink drain. When he finished he cleaned up so you would never know someone was working there. He is the BEST and from now on we will continue to use him and this company for any plumbing problems.

Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

I don’t write reviews but this was one of the most horrible and unacceptable experience that I have ever had that I had to make an exception to warn you all to stay away from them. I would give a -1 star if I could. The owner was particularly dishonest and disrespectful. They should go out of business.

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgable, helpful and well spoken. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected through no fault of theirs and they were assiduously responsive. I like to have a community of small business people I can rely and Ariel will be our plumber so long as we live here.

I’ve been going to the Eastside Quality Cleaners to get my clothes tailored for years, ever since I moved to East Village. The shop’s kind seamstress does a GREAT job tailoring my cloths - she’s meticulous, skilled w/ quick turnarounds - AND at a rate that is way below market. Over the years, she’s probably altered 30 pieces for me, ranging from $5 to $30 (when my wedding dress needed alterations done on the bottom- normally it’d be $200). I’m so glad I’ve found this place!

Wasted two days waiting for them. Never showed up.
