Best Plumbing Fixture in New York NY

Charged me $800 to snake the sewer main, then failed to close the pipe so it leaked all over our basement. The attention to detail was sorely lacking. When they returned to fix the problem they caused I had to argue them out of charging me for an “emergency weekend visit”. They didn’t want to take responsibility for their poor quality work.

They then told me I needed to steam clean the sewer main ($2000). I had 2 other local companies quote it for $850 and $900.

Not only are they bad at their job but they tried to con us into paying more than double the going rate for a service we didn’t really need.

Use at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again. HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

I am a building manager and recommend Neo Plumbing to all the residents in the building. They do a quality job and are very professional. They are on time and always communicate in advance for any water shutoffs. Haven't heard any complaints about the quality of work from any owners so far.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

Got a technician out to us the next day. Good communication about arrival time. Technician was very professional and got right to the bottom of the problem, and clearly explained what work was needed and why.

plumber did nothing. shrugged. check with the building. drains remained clogged and they sent heft bill. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.

My boyfriend made an appointment for 4pm. At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.
