Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.
