He took his time many times long hours in explaining the highly technical language of changing gas pipes and all that the task involves to us and our engineer patiently, professionally and generously.

From day 1 the staff has been responsive to the needs of our unfortunate occurrence. We have had a terrible overFlow of water and damage in our home and I can not be thankful for the service they have provided. The follow up of how the progress of the clean up has been great. When we needed questions answered we were immediately contacted. One gentlemen went so far as to show up at our home to check and see if things were ok emotional because of the anxiety we were experiencing while the clean up was completed to a point. We don’t wish this upon anyone but some of the employees have gone beyond what others would have done.

Our plumber Sal was very accommodating when we requested a specific time due to our busy schedule, and he got the job done very quickly and professionally.

Service tech Brandon arrived on time and completed the work properly and affordably. After the Ship cleared the line, I paid extra for a camera view, and it was well worth the cost. The monitor displayed a large hole that the snake had bored through the root-tangle obstruction. Brandon then ran a bigger bit through the line a second time for free to remove the remaining debris. Spoke with Joey from Harris Plumbing and within 2 weeks I got my water meter permit and everything was installed and application filed. I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., the company emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. According to the person I spoke with, they are an emergency based business so this happens! I would not recommend.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend Nexus New York plumbing & Drain for any plumbing needs. Lance is a trustworthy and honest plumber. He installed a bath tub, a water tank, and a hot water heater for me. He also installed a water softener. He did some more plumbing work in my home for me because I relocated a bathroom and laundry area. They did an excellent job!
