GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

Had a 50-gallon water heater in my apartment where I had not much room, I was told that tankless water heater will do the same job — called Rite Plumbing and Heating for an estimate. They calculated how much hot water I spent with my fixtures and suggested the tankless water heater. I hired them, and they put the new tankless water heater, so far so good and so much more room I have now. Thank you for your excellent work.

Called Roto-Rooter on Thursday for a non emergency. Had an appointment booked for Friday morning. I got a courtesy call telling me the plumber was on his way. The plumber, Mike (2054), arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous and well spoken. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. No complaints! Great experience!

Their cost was significantly lower than expected and the value of what we got was great. While I hope to not need them again, I know who to call for an issue.

I called Harris Plumbing in mid October to get a quote on converting from oil to natural gas heat. The job entailed replacing the very old steam boiler that had stopped working along with the leaking hot water heater. They sent Tony who assessed the job and listened to my concerns so that I felt very comfortable working with them. Upon signing the contract they scheduled a crew to start the work within a few days. And their crews did an excellent job. All permits and approvals were obtained and NYC DOB inspected the work and signed off on the work. Terrific team work!

Ben was excellent. Thorough, professional, helpful. He was extremely flexible when a kitchen sink clog turned into a much bigger project.

Awfu. - most egregious was doubling cost of work v other bids by 1) insisted on breaking open wall even though plumbing was exposed, 2) tried to charge for permits not needed, 3) Took multiple visits to get correct description of work & then sent email to coop misstating specifics to cut corners - then blamed me!!! Replacing existing kitchen appliances can't be that difficult.
Glad I got more bids.
FSPH was our building plumber & turns out they didn't look past immediate leak to evaluate rest of pipe - which subsequently broke & reflooded a bathroom

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I am so thankful the best part is it costed less than what I expected I mean you get what u pay for but in this case I promise u 5 star service even at 4 am. please trust me and call these guys bc 24 hour plumber nyc is where I go for all things plumbing and I got plumbers in the extended family.

TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!
