I was desperate to resolve a plumbing issue and came across Plumbing NYC. I called them and got a prompt response from Donny. Sal, the plumber, then set up a free estimate and detected the leak, and replaced the pipe the very next day.

I have used WaterHouse twice now. They are very responsive, track the case number easily and arrive on time. They work until the actual problem is fixed. And they listen/communicate very well on the issue/repair. They also helped my last min in a jam. I fully recommend any NYC'er to use this plumbing company.

We experienced a middle of the night water backup as a result of a clogged sewer line and water softener waste water that was unable to bypass the clog and therefore backed up into the basement utility room. I must say we were with smith Plumbing for 40 years and in the last month they canceled there appt with us 5 times and kept giving us other days and times that they never showed up to. every time we called no one knew anything. This is so disappointing after 40 years to call us and tell us they NO longer work with small businesses. I remember when they were a small business. SHAME ON THEM.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Mrs. Chen does amazing tailor and sewing work at an incredibly reasonable price!! Her work is detail oriented and immaculate. She has tons of experience, listens and totally works with you. Highly recommend her!!!

I wholeheartedly recommend Nexus New York plumbing & Drain for any plumbing needs. Lance is a trustworthy and honest plumber. He installed a bath tub, a water tank, and a hot water heater for me. He also installed a water softener. He did some more plumbing work in my home for me because I relocated a bathroom and laundry area. They did an excellent job! I would never think of dialing another number.

They performed a great job of maintaining our current landscaping while digging the holes required to reline our sewer pipes.
