Best New Residential Construction in New York NY

I shopped around and obtained several estimates for work we needed for our house plumbing. These guys are very competitive with their pricing and gave us a very good price on the plumbing work we needed done. We were very happy with their quality of service, their honest approach to what the work entailed and how expeditiously all of our work got done. Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

Smelling gas presented in my basement. This company plumber came & told me gas was leaking from the gas meter box where it was connected to the furnace gas pipe. The plumber cut the pipe with the saw that vibrated vigorously, plugged the connected hole on the meter and did not reconnect the furnace pipe to the meter. I paid $300.00 for that sloppy job. The plumber told me he will follow up on that pipe, but he never came.
Next day, i smelled some vague gas. I ignored it because there maybe some leftover gas. But the gas smell got stronger and stronger, i had to open all windows even the weather was around 29 to 39 degree.
After a week i called them back to complain. The plumbers came. They told me there was a leak on the gas meter where the meter corner almost touched the cement wall step ( I guess that happened because of the vigorously vibration when they cut the pipe, it make the meter got bump the the wall step.) The plumbers left without shutting off my gas . It was careless and unprofessional !. The pipe to my furnace is still hanging loosely on the basement ceiling. Now they mail a charge of $138.00 for this service !!!!
I don't know what service is this???
Do you think they should give back my $300.00 instead of billing me $138.00 ?

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They are not licensed and are a scam. I had a plumber come out and do shoddy workmanship only to have it leak, do damage, and then have them deny even doing the work. This is despite a receipt I have with their letterhead and phone records indicating I had called them and they had sent the plumber. Then he called back and said.. Read the fine print on the receipt. It says we aren't responsible for anything.. not that we came, but even if we did come then we aren't responsible. Don't call again. Bye. Then he hung up. Real professional. The receipt actually says they are not responsible for faulty plumbing equipment and does not mention workmanship. They have been reported to the city and will be investigated by the Building Marshall. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
