Best New Installations in New York NY

Never showed up, never called, nothing.. Amazing they have such high reviews. I called them Tuesday night, and no 30 min service, but they said 7am the next day or in the afternoon, and NOTHING!!! I called a two more times and voice mail...

I would highly recommend their plumbing service to friends. They are the real deal if you're looking for quality and affordability in the area. Plumbing NYC should be who you contact for plumbing services.

I have dealt with Boris Mechanical on many occasions. I have found them to be a fair and honest contractor. The crews showed up on time and the work that was done was first class. I highly recommend them .

Working with then couldn't have gone better

Smelling gas presented in my basement. This company plumber came & told me gas was leaking from the gas meter box where it was connected to the furnace gas pipe. The plumber cut the pipe with the saw that vibrated vigorously, plugged the connected hole on the meter and did not reconnect the furnace pipe to the meter. I paid $300.00 for that sloppy job. The plumber told me he will follow up on that pipe, but he never came.
Next day, i smelled some vague gas. I ignored it because there maybe some leftover gas. But the gas smell got stronger and stronger, i had to open all windows even the weather was around 29 to 39 degree.
After a week i called them back to complain. The plumbers came. They told me there was a leak on the gas meter where the meter corner almost touched the cement wall step ( I guess that happened because of the vigorously vibration when they cut the pipe, it make the meter got bump the the wall step.) The plumbers left without shutting off my gas . It was careless and unprofessional !. The pipe to my furnace is still hanging loosely on the basement ceiling. Now they mail a charge of $138.00 for this service !!!!
I don't know what service is this???
Do you think they should give back my $300.00 instead of billing me $138.00 ?

Service is excellent. Plumber was very knowledgeable. They are however very pricey. You do get what you pay for thought.

They were punctual, professional and quickly identified that the water pressure coming into my home was extremely high. They replaced the necessary pipes and gauges and adjusted the water pressure to the correct levels. They also replaced the gas pipe to my stove so that it fit flush again the wall. I highly recommend his services.

We were very pleased with the work done. I felt the employee who did the work went over and above. It was a hard job but he stayed after dark in damp weather until he fixed the problem. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.

DO NOT USE! THEY CASHED $2100 DEPOSIT AND NEVER STARTED THE JOB.

Called to get a quote for a simple water filter installation. Receptionist tried a very hard sell. When I could not commit to a time/date for service she hung up on me. I called back to report her to her manager, and when I asked for her name she hung up on me again. Very unprofessional. Lots of other plumbing services out there. Don't need to be hung up on by someone who I'm going to pay! In addition, she blocked my phone number from calling the business again. Spend your money elsewhere!
