A&E NYC Plumbing Services were very good to deal with. The requirements for our replacement Plumbing were thoroughly investigated in the visit by them prior to quotation so that everything was covered and the subsequent installation by the engineer They were done efficiently and cleanly. We are very satisfied with the outcome and happy to recommend.

We had a clog in the toilet we called Rotor-Rooter a gentleman by the name of Skender 1466 arrived on schedule. He was very professional, and extremely polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step the issue in the toilet, and was able to fix it. I highly recommend Skender from Roto-Rooter.

Sal installed two faucets for us (one indoor, one outdoor) and replaced a stubborn radiator valve that had welded itself to the piping under the floor, a much bigger job than expected. A good guy, skillful, punctual, and reliable.

I am grateful to this company . I have used them before and they did an awesome job for me. This time, the job was also done quickly and professionally. Their pricing was very fair and I will surely use this plumber again.

We recommended Jake Manhattan Plumber New York Co to us for tub drain repair. The shower wall had to be taken down because this turned out to be a significant repair. Jason and Rich did a fantastic job identifying the issue and installing the new pipes, drain, and other necessary components to fix it. We hired Jason to fix our bathroom vanity, toilet and kitchen drain leak because we were delighted with his plumbing competence and knowledge.

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

Technican did the best he could under circumstances . Wasn’t able to find the storm trap to clean. Able to clean out storm pipe allowing water to recede.

Awfu. - most egregious was doubling cost of work v other bids by 1) insisted on breaking open wall even though plumbing was exposed, 2) tried to charge for permits not needed, 3) Took multiple visits to get correct description of work & then sent email to coop misstating specifics to cut corners - then blamed me!!! Replacing existing kitchen appliances can't be that difficult.
Glad I got more bids.
FSPH was our building plumber & turns out they didn't look past immediate leak to evaluate rest of pipe - which subsequently broke & reflooded a bathroom

Thank you!! Having a plumber on call is something that an apartment owner NEEDS, and I think I've finally found mine. Came quickly, inspected and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave a reasonable quote, and got right to work. What more can I ask for? Will be calling them again next time something breaks. Thanks!

Jack is honestly not just the best plumber I’ve ever hired, he’s possibly the best service professional I’ve ever hired. He is skilled, honest, personable, communicative, and fair in his rates. He is prompt. He hides nothing from you, and in one case (I’ve happily used him more than once!) he did not charge me extra for a repair that took perhaps twice as long as it should have. With mechanics, electricians, plumbers and similar skilled technicians, one is always taking a chance. Trust me that you will not be sorry you took a chance on Jack. On the contrary, you’ll be relieved. Ten stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
