GLORY BE THE TOILETS FIXED!!! let me tell you something - there is nothing worse than a broken toilet and a bit of back flow. Also, there is nothing better than HUB plumbing at my door within an hour to save the day. they were so conscientious in my typical small nyc apartment with two little dogs. i felt so comfortable with the team there that i left them and went to the grocery store for a minute. I've never had a personal plumber before - these are my guys.

We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

I contacted because my water heater had stopped heating and I needed plumbing repair. Plumber came over and looked at it, adjusting one component. When he came the next day with the new part, he replaced it. My water heater was back up and running in a matter of hours.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.
