I’m a resident manager on a building, and we got a violation from D.E.P for not testing our backflow preventer by a certified tester. Called Rite Plumbing & Heating, Tony showed up with the equipment where he tested all our backflow preventers. I was amused by the quick response these guys do! The report was generated the same day, and they handled the job so professionally. They are our house plumber since then.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what the issue was and told me exactly what was required to remedy the problem. The problem was resolved and overall it was a positive experience.

They came through as promised and fixed a leaking toilet. Got a quick appointment under 24 hrs. And they did a good job.

Plumber was very helpful and knowledagble about how to resolve situation. Job completed in less than an hour !!! Recommend to anyone who needs plumbing help asap or 24 hour service

This place doesn't exist. This isn't real plumbing company. I have reported to google. This is a lead gen company and call get routed to remote call center once you enter zip code. I will prefer to hire actual local company like Roto Rooter or Petri than these scammers.

Paid $900 to have my sink pipe leak fixed. Nice guy, but felt this was overpriced for about 90 minutes of work. He wasn’t able to fix my other issues, but still charged me for trying. I’ll try another plumber next time I need work done.

I called Michael Donahue Plumbing after my sink had a back up that would not drain. I left a message on their voicemail and received a response within 15 minutes. We set up a time for the plumber to come out, and they were on time to review the situation. Mr. Donahue himself came, looked over the sink, the pipes, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. He had another job to finish, so came in the afternoon at an agreed upon time to complete the work. Unfortunately the sink itself caved during this time, but Mr. Donahue was able to fix it, along with the pipes and drain. He was incredibly professional, taking me through his process, why the back up happened, and how to avoid this in the future. The work was high quality, and was finished very quickly. He took a bad situation and turned it right around! I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs and give him my highest recommendation.

At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.
