Don't Waste your time I call 8:15 am and made a service appointment they said they gonna send some one out between 11am and 1pm after I agree to the service charge. when I call back at 12:20pm to make sure they come to do the service they said no.the only way they going to come out is if I make a payment of $150 before they can send someone out I said I will pay when the plumber is on location They insisted I pay first .PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

There was a leak issue with my sink pipe and I've reached out to Michael to obtain a quote. He offered a reasonable price and he showed up on time to do the work. He explained me to the problem at hand and went through the process on how to fix it. He tested the kitchen pipes multiple times before he left to ensure there was no issue. However, the pipe started leaking the same day again. When I informed him about it, he came back the same day to fix the problem. He retested it multiple times again and I've never had an issue since then. Michael was a professional through and through and I appreciate his honesty. I'll definitely be using him again!

This guy is wonderful! Edison had me send pics, got some info from me on phone and took care of my needs the same day I spoke to him. I still can't believe it all got done in one day. Another Plumber left me hanging over a month with this toilet replacement. His workers are great, friendly, and courteous. Jake did a wonderful job. So happy I found these guys. The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn’t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn’t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

These guys are lifesavers. Apartment was flooding with 2 inches of water, landlord was away and asked me to track down a plumber. Real emergency, and it was almost 1AM. Thankfully this plumber was actually 24 hours, and came within an hour of the call. Thank you!
