I paid a down payment of $5000.00 to him for a water main installation with a signed contract, but he was nowhere to be found to perform the work. In addition, JP requested a few thousand dollars more without planning to do the job. The address listed above among other locations he is using for his deceptive practices don't exist. I visited these locations in person. There is nothing there as he claims to be. He didn't respond to the requests from BBB, Home Advisor, etc for an explanation of the complaint.
Stay out of his way if you want to keep your money safe, he is a crook.
