My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

Sal was extremely helpful, polite, punctual, and efficient. He was responsive and the work performed was of good quality and at a very reasonable rate.

Did not seem to want my business at all. I called for a non emergency issue and they said to call back another day when they had availability

Larry Williams came on time and worked quickly and efficiently. And, like every Aladdin plumber I have met over the past 20 years, he was friendly and courteous.

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

Having worked with the Boris Mechanical team several times in the recent past, I cannot recommend them highly enough. James, the team manager, is great to work with and his technicians are highly skilled. While competitive in fees, what sets them apart is their customer service and reliability. Outstanding......

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

These individuals are wonderful and very trustworthy! They put in a tremendous amount of effort to get rid of the numerous roots, and they also helped us by explaining what we need do to maintain the major lines. Also, they have fair prices. A new plumber is now on the job! I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment over a week ago they were supposed to come to help to see if I had a leak in my apartment. They gave me a window of between 10-2pm so I had to take off from work. At around 10:45 I called to get a better estimate of when they thought they would come. I was put on hold and then told that their regular building clients come first and they wouldn’t be able to come today nor would they be able to come for the rest of the week. I explained that I booked it over a week before and was a paying customer and that no one had bothered to call to tell me this. I was losing a day at work to sit at home and wait for them and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they couldn’t come. Awful company. Stay away.

Great! They arrived within an hour after I called Christmas eve, worked two hours with my septic backed up into the basement and a foot of brown water in my front yard all because of WIPES!

Horrible. Do not use. First, called a couple hours before appointment to say they were not going to make it. Then after I complained he finally showed up but it was not a plumber that could actually do any work. Just a supervisor that gave me the runaround on confusing/suspicious pricing. My drain was WORSE after he left and not fixed.

I've left multiple voice messages with this company after they overcharged me for a basic plumbing issue. Their original work was poorly done, caused a leak and a potentially dangerous electrical issue that we had to call another company to handle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I still haven't heard back from them.

They only seem to have an answering service but it's been impossible to talk to an actual person to deal with any customer service or billing issues.
