I contacted Harry from HBNY Plumbing to do the gas inspection for LL152. He scheduled me within the week and was on-time for the appointment. He was professional and efficient, and completed the inspection. He did point out some minor work needed to satisfy compliance of the inspection, which I did a few days later.
I was 100% satisfied with his work and his rate was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to others!

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.

SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DON'T HIRE THESE JERKS!
The plumber is good, but this company absolutely sucks. They've been limping along during my construction project for SIX MONTHS! I'm lucky to have a plumber here two days a month, and to get that, my general contractor and I have to be on the phone ten times begging them to send the plumber! They are happy to get your deposit money, then it's like pulling teeth to get the work done. Now, six months later I'm firing Demar and hiring a different company! Don't make the mistake I made!

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

DO NOT USE! THEY CASHED $2100 DEPOSIT AND NEVER STARTED THE JOB.
