HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Ray was awesome. cleared my kitchen drain in 10 minutes and properly described the job procedure! No doubt utilising this service once more!

They put in a tremendous amount of effort to get rid of the numerous roots, and they also helped us by explaining what we need do to maintain the major lines. Also, they have fair prices. Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

My yard was flooding during heavy rains. I researched quite a few companies and decided to call Joe JP their service is excellent He was honest, friendly, respectful of our property and very informative. He explained everything he did, asked questions, checked various drain areas and proceeded to repair the issues. He was also efficient and quick. His level of professionalism was high. There was no charge for the estimate and they were able to start work right away. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

These people quoted me a price of $450 just for the mechanic to show up (I’m 10 mins from their business address) without even knowing what my problem was.

Vuksani Plumbing and Heating get the job done! I had a catastrophe in my basement with leaking pipes during the last big snow storm of the winter. I called several companies, but no one could come! However, when I called Vuksani Plumbing, Edison asked me to immediately send a video of the problem, so he could start to figure it out right away. He helped me stop it getting worse via the phone! I knew the plumbing in my basement was substandard and continuously problematic, and Edison figured out how to fix the immediate problem (caused by a blockage, bad pipe joins, and corrosion). He then offered to get the piping up to code for a reasonable price to avoid further problems. Amazingly he summoned a six man crew and did it all within the same day! I can't even tell you how great the pipes both look and function now. Edison sent guys back the next day to take away the old pipes etc. I was really impressed by both the professionalism and the kindness of Vuksani Plumbing. They were masked the entire time, and they clearly know how to deal with people going through a crisis!
My house is a hundred year old brownstone, so something inevitably leaks, and I'm really glad to know I can call Vuksani Plumbing from now on.

Terrible!! Made a leak under the kitchen sink and left!!
On 9/20 the company plumber arrived to tighten one pipe connection that was loose and after touching adiffrent pipe he made
It leak!! left to get something in the local store and after didn’t find the piece in one place just left!!
And left us with a leaking kitchen sink that wasn’t leaking before he touched it! The company call and said that he had to go to another job!! they can send someone on Monday!! In 4 days!!!
