This is truly a 5 star business. Customer service and communication is great. Labor is quick and easy. And price is extremely fair. I woke up Saturday morning with no hot water contacted V and ge explained everything to me and was out that afternoon with a new hot water heater and everything running perfect by 7 pm. Genuinely a nice guy and I would definitely recommend him with work. Thanks A&E

My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

I highly recommend Sal for any plumbing needs. I had a toilet repair issue and Sal was responsive, transparent, timely (in the case, he was able to accommodate same-day service), and all-around professional.

When a storm caused my basement to flood, I was in a critical situation. The current sump pump stopped functioning. I started manually bailing the water and called the plumbing company, which I had previously used. When the technician Harold arrived that afternoon, the manager Roy was able to arrange an appointment. Last time, Harold was in this area. He set up a pump and started pumping the water out with great professionalism. He installed a new, significantly more potent pump to replace the malfunctioning one. By late afternoon, the basement had been as thoroughly pumped out as it could be. The following day, Harold arrived to install a backup sump pump powered by batteries in case the primary sump pump breaks down. I feel safer now in the event of another storm. Harold also assisted me in restarting the broken gas hot water heater.

These guys are the real thing. Expert, professional, efficient, and economical.

I had a sprinkler violation, and they quickly determined that the violation was issued in error. They told me in detail how to go about removing the violation myself, all without charge.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. They are exceedingly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Steve took the time to clarify and answer all of my questions, as well as to take care of some kitchen sink valves and water heater repairs.

On November 6th, 2022, we asked for a plumber through Neo to address a leaking toilet. I believe we were dealing with Neha who was working the dispatch and a Spanish speaking person who did not speak English at all. Neha had to translate and we had many phone calls throughout the repair to understand what was going on due to the lack of an English speaking plumber making it a very cumbersome and inefficient process.

Although they fixed my leaking toilet by replacing a wax ring, they charged me over $700 for it and they damaged my bathroom floor tile in front of the toilet. The plumber was careless and dragged the toilet forward damaging my floor. When I complained about it and sent pictures of the damaged floor there was no accountability. As a matter of fact, the plumber denied that he damaged the floor and Neha was gas lighting me that it's common for this to happen to floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet and that I was trying to cheat them by asking for a discount. To replace my floor will cost me about $2,000.

If it's so common to damage floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet, they should at least inform me about that possibility before doing the work. I could have made an informed decision whether to take the risk and proceed. Or, I could have put down some old towels to protect my floor. There was no such communication.

I would not use this service again. They didn't think twice about damaging my floor. On top of that, Neha gas lighted me into trying to make me feel that I was in the wrong. They refused to be accountable and moved on.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.

They are absolutely the best. They keep time and they explain everything before they do it! The crew is great and they really cleaned up everything before they left! They are amazing I recommend them!

Worst customer service in the plumbing business. Contacted them regarding a boiler issue and the secretary that answered the phone was short and didn't allow me to finish what I was saying before she hung up on me. I called back and she made an excuse that she was on 3 other calls and that they were not available for appointments in the next 2 weeks. Take my advice, don't waste your time calling them. Such a big company, with all these pics posted of their vans, equipment and front of the business but they can't handle call volume or customers.

Came during the snow storm. Fixed the problem without replacing water heater saving a bunch of money.

I'm in property management and have been using Demar for a little over 4 years. I find them to be very responsive at all times of the day, night, weekend and even on Christmas Day.
Plumbers get a bad rap for what they charge for their services, yet I find Demar to be amongst some of the lowest for plumbers in the city and they always do the job right the first time.
