My hot water heater failed on Monday. Aladdin was honest letting me know they were backed up and couldn't come till Thurs. I tried reaching other plumbers but they too were unavailable. They contacted me on Wednesday morning letting me know they could schedule me for that morning. They came prepared to fix the heater and had the parts needed. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing.
