Found A&E NYC Plumbing on Google was a little worried at first because i never had them work for me but the technician was very nice and polite he charged a lot less and, arrived really quick he found out what the problem was and fixed it right away excellent service. Definitely would call again if we have another problem. 5 STARS!!!

My old toilet tank completely cracked and water was leaking out of the tank. I wanted to completely replace the whole toilet instead of waiting 2 days to replace the old tank. Tim the plumber ,completely replaced the old expensive toilet with a less expensive Kohler one. He was responsive, on time, and did a clean job.

I had a great experience with Plumbing NYC. My bathroom sink had been leaking for months and I had called a couple of other plumbers but no one showed up. I finally found Plumbing NYC and Sal was able to come by the same day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed my sink, and he’s a really nice guy.

These guys are experts! From Aby, who handles the front desk, to John, who quickly and thoroughly located our blockage on a Sunday morning and resolved clog drain situation!

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

These guys are terrific. They are responsive, courteous and efficient. I had to have them come twice this week for two different issues. Both times, they were able to come the day I called. They solved the problems and are very easy to deal with.

I am a building manager and recommend Neo Plumbing to all the residents in the building. They do a quality job and are very professional. They are on time and always communicate in advance for any water shutoffs. Haven't heard any complaints about the quality of work from any owners so far.

I used them a few months ago, and they were very reasonable on price and completed the job quickly. I will recommend it. Joey, as he is known to all of my friends and family, personally showed up, gave me an estimate, and worked on the project himself.

I had a leak in my basement and he was able to fix and replace the pipe that was causing the leak. He explained the issue and walked me through why the issue was happening and what I can do to prevent from happening again. Ray is very professional and reasonably priced. If you need a plumber, I would recommend him.

They were prompt and professional- fixed our pipe and dishwasher leak. Was an emergency and they came within the hour to identify leak. Would recommend

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Our building uses Fred Smith and we had a broken pipe in our kitchen. Fred Smith gave us a service call, then canceled and rescheduled it. On the second time when they were due to come, they simply canceled. WORST BUSINESS EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient. And he got everything done efficiently and well timed. Could not recommend a better service.

Love this company. Very sweet men. Family oriented business. I called them when i decided to re- model my kitchen. I was nervous because i didnt have a huge budget to work with. gladly they were able to work within my budget. I now love my kitchen and have dinner parties all the time.. I had a great experience
