Best drain cleaning experts in Manhattan. In every way, a professional. They arrived to unclog a sewer line. While our basement is newly carpeted, we took care to wear shoe covers. Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

Ray came through for me big time after the deep frozen tundra we had the last week of January froze my hot water pipe. He was the only one that was willing to come out in all the snow that fell for 3 days straight. Best prices, response time & real ones in town!! Def holla @ em!!!

I would not use again. We had a leaking tap in the bath and our building management wouldn't take care of it and referred us to Fred Smith Plumbing. I booked an appointment in the morning for 1pm-3pm that day. At 3pm someone from Fred Smith rang acting like they were calling to book the appointment anew! I told them I had already booked an appointment and they acknowledged it but said they would REALLY/DEFINITELY come tomorrow. If booking it may we worth checking to see if it is a REAL appointment! At any rate, I didn't have time to find another plumber so agreed they could come the next morning. They only turned up 20 minutes late which was pretty good. After a quick inspection, they said it needed a spare part and they had to go across town to get it. Over an hour later the plumber returned with the part and replaced the part in about 15 minutes and declared it fixed. The total bill to stop a leaking tap: $429.72. Labor $248, part $146.60. PIus tax. I know this is Manhattan but I gotta think there is better out there. I will certainly be trying my luck with another provider next time.

We used Vuksani to replace our hot water heater. After talking to several plumbers, Vuksani was the only one that took the time to understand which model we wanted. He didn't try to change it on us like another plumber did, and he offered same day service at the best price. Edison was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he left everything clean. We're now enjoying our hot water again!

Patrick was in and out ten mins . Even thou he was running late he was great at communicating what was going on. He was very knowledgeable!I definitely will call him again . Highly recommended!!!!

Demar plumbing is one of the worst plumbing agencies I have ever met. Their agent was late, rude, and very unskilled, unable to offer any suggestions to improve our situation but yet extremely expensive. Very disappointing indeed.
