Old Brooklyn Brownstones can be difficult for most plumbers. All the plumbers that have ever come to this building were good, but a few have been exceptional. Over two weeks, IMP’s plumber ruled out and fixed any issues that could have caused minor leaks.

The leak over someone’s oven, however, began to escalate and the source appeared to be major. More extensive work had to be done than originally thought and the IMP plumber addressed that situation expertly and efficiently. The plumber and his assistant worked tirelessly and he was considerate enough to leave me in an operational setting afterwards, which I did not think was possible! This plumber is exceptional. I would tell you his name, but IMP knows and since we probably will eventually need a plumber again; I don’t want him to be too busy … THANK YOU!

I had a clogged drain in my restaurant and needed immediate service. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled the plumber to come in 1 hour. The plumber, Nick arrived on time with a big machine and cleared up the clogged drain in 30 min. Highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing problems.

I researched quite a few companies and decided to call Joe JP their service is excellent He was honest, friendly, respectful of our property and very informative. He explained everything he did, asked questions, checked various drain areas and proceeded to repair the issues. He was also efficient and quick. His level of professionalism was high. Raymond was on time and very responsive. I just spoke to him yesterday over the phone and I zelled him money to buy all necessary materials and he bought everything and he gave me a receipt. He is a homest and reliable person.He came to my and installed a hose into the back my dryer and then into the pipe in the wall.He is very competent and knowledgeable.He is very experienced he knows his job and he does his job well.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
