He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. I came upon HBNY Plumbing & Heating's website on Google after the plumbing company I had an appointment with today cancelled for the second time. I spoke with Harry personally and he gave me an appointment for this evening. He came on time and he explained everything about the new Local 152 inspections.
He explained the report he would be filing and gave me pointers on what I can do to protect my gas lines.
The fact that he made an appointment the same day I called, the price was reasonable, he was on time, and explained everything, made me feel more at ease with the process.

My sewer line broke due to a huge trees roots in front of my house, those roots destroyed my old clay sewer. Joe explained to me what needed to be done. I was honest with him and told him I was still getting our prices, he wasn't the cheapest he was right down the middle. But truth be told I liked him so I hired him.

He even hired the arborist for me so I wouldn't have any issues because of that dam tree in front of my house. The whole job took 3 days with an inspection and then he came back once the soil settled so he could do the cement work and the roadway.

I've left multiple voice messages with this company after they overcharged me for a basic plumbing issue. Their original work was poorly done, caused a leak and a potentially dangerous electrical issue that we had to call another company to handle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I still haven't heard back from them.

They only seem to have an answering service but it's been impossible to talk to an actual person to deal with any customer service or billing issues.

Patrick knew exactly the source of the leak and fixed it promptly. He cleaned up as if he was never there. He displayed fantastic business integrity and I appreciate that he is customer oriented and a man of his word.

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

Excellent job - assessed the problem, bought the part needed and fixed our Baxi boiler in about 3 hours. Terrific same-day service!

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
