Best Heat Pumps in New York NY
We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday, after a botched install of a Faucet by terrible handyman. We were left with no water in home we just closed on. Rotorooter came on mother's day, assessed the situation and fixed the problem in 1.5 hours. They saved our day, seriously. Highly recommend.

Harris plumbing installed two backflow devices. One on a sprinkler system and another on a domestic water supply. Harris personnel were responsive and James did a neat and professional job.
I will use them again when the need arises and recommend them to all.

I was highly recommended by 2 friends from work. Not only was Ben professional about his work but diagnosed what was wrong with my sewer. Was worried that no one would come due to New Year’s Eve but I was wrong. I highly recommend them for anyone to use them.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgable, helpful and well spoken. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected through no fault of theirs and they were assiduously responsive. I like to have a community of small business people I can rely and Ariel will be our plumber so long as we live here.

I am a building manager and recommend Neo Plumbing to all the residents in the building. They do a quality job and are very professional. They are on time and always communicate in advance for any water shutoffs. Haven't heard any complaints about the quality of work from any owners so far.

Patrick knew exactly the source of the leak and fixed it promptly. He cleaned up as if he was never there. He displayed fantastic business integrity and I appreciate that he is customer oriented and a man of his word.

After being ripped off by my last plumber and getting issued a violation David had a difficult task reassuring me. He is a super nice guy and I can't say enough good stuff about him or the experience. He worked really close with the engineer and made sure I had all the paperwork in time for court. The work site was left nice and clean. Everything was done on time. Whether it was his appointments with me or getting me paperwork he made sure I wasn't stressed. Nivo has a customer for life. You rock David. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me!

Don't Even Bother with an Afternoon Appointment, Not Loyal to Old Customers
I have been a customer of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating for many years. Unfortunately the business has not grown in a healthy manner. I just spent two days waiting for a plumber that has not yet arrived. I had made the appointment a week in advance.. When I called to question where the plumber was the first time, the person I spoke to was very derisive, implying that it was my fault for having made the appointment in the afternoon in the first place. He indicated that that was a sure sign that they would never show up. I had heard that they occasionally pick a customer to slam or ignore and make fun of. He seemed to want to bait me so that I would cancel. I should have followed my instincts and called another plumber right then, but I thought since I was a long-term customer they would come. When they called to cancel for that day and said they would come the next day I asked if they could guarantee it would be first thing in the morning. They said no, they would not guarantee anything. I should have realized then they really were never going to come.. I waited all day the next day, too. Several times, I was given false hope that there would be a plumber coming soon. I actually, at one point, begged! Late the second afternoon, they called to say that they still would not make it. I told them that they had had enough fun, and said goodbye. Loyalty only goes so far. After I told them I would never be calling again, they called and, for the first time since I had made the original appointment over a week earlier, offered me an actual time slot - for the next morning - a major religious holiday - so they knew they would not be busy. That's how they treat their old customers. At their own convenience, not the customers' -how rude can you be?
PS, the next plumber I hired came exactly on time and with no drama or nastiness.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. His name is Smitty in case you have any questions about whom I’m speaking.
