Only giving him 5 stars is an injustice. Easily the best service/repairman in the city. They just don't make people like this anymore. Take away the fact that the only reason you're dealing with him is because something in your apartment has gone wrong, and you'll feel lucky you met him. Whatever you're problem is, John is the answer.

Used them to do the annual maintenance on my boiler, hydronic heating system in Park Slope before winter starts. They were nice, on time and everything is working fine. Definitely recommend.

This agencies staff, in particular Melissa, was very professional and responsive. In a matter of 24 hours my matter was resolved and all required documentation was facilitated. I was very pleased with their services, and pricing. The plumber I was assigned was also very knowledgeable. He gave me the assurance I looked for. I highly recommend the services from this agency, and I am very glad I was recommended by another customer.

Emergency Service at 200 am Friday morning 11/01/19 !!!!

I literally sprung a leak in my kitchen by way of a 1/2” black pipe plug into a brass three-way nipple.
Not knowing that these two different materials shouldn’t be mixed together for an installation this created my problem.

This setup was put together for a future dishwasher in this area for hot & cold lines. Unfortunately the plug threads inside the three-way nipple corroded & broke off the black plug causing excessive water springing horizontally everywhere. After quickly shutting off the main water shut-off I had to call for help.
I called the Plumbing Squad 24 hr # which transferred me to local plumbers on there list who are available 24 hrs. I spoke to Patrice, quickly described my problem over the phone & he quoted me a price.
It was expensive but reasonable given the predicament I was in.

He arrived in around an hour. He was very polite, courteous & respectful. After showing him the job he consulted me on any final decisions alterations. We agreed & he got his tools & began working.
He cut out the 2x three-way nipples, installed 2x new ball valves & fitted 2x new small copper pipes pcs to slip over & connect both lines. Patrice knew what he was doing & calmed my urgencies down.
He had all his tools & materials needed for his job. I was impressed & want everyone else to know he’s good ppl & this company is really a lifesaver !!!

I will never forget this & have already considered Patrice for my future jobs coming up.

I highly recommend Trenchless Today for any drain cleaning needs. They responded very quickly with competitive pricing and were able to provide the service the day that I contacted them. The 2 guys that showed up were very polite and professional. My drain was cleaned with 20 minutes.

TWO MONTHS AGO TODAY, a supervisor was sent to assess a basic pipe leak. Smith has done work for years for our building and thus their supervisor should perhaps know what he is looking at. finalized a bid then somehow realized that he FORGOT to factor in the cost of dealing with connecting to the main line. Though they seem completely unable to return a call, whenever I called, the person who answered the phone assured me the bid was coming in a day or day. TWO MONTHS AGO TODAY. Guess what- nothing. Completely disappeared. Since we live in a pre war and they are familiar with our building, I've tried using them in the past. Results have been completely pot luck. One plumber who was quite competent fixed a previous pipe leak. Others who came to fix some basic plumbing issues, not only often didn't fix the issue but made it worse. They when you try and get it fixed correctly, those answering the phone at their office give you attitude and bluster. In this case I asked for the plumber who was pleasant, professional and competent and was told couldn't be assigned. Shared this experience with members of our board and the super, but thought others should know about their 'competence'. Good news is they forced be to find a pleasant, professional and competent plumber, so I'll never have to use Fred Smith again. Don't you love happy endings!

Real life savers!!! Had an emergency with my bathroom and the landlord couldn't come till the next morning. Called and they came right away, fixed it for a reasonable price, and let me know how to prevent it from happening again. Amazing work guys!!!

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies.
