From 8pm to midnight this company fixed a leaky pipe. Wow was a lot of work. They got it done right. Had all the tools and parts available. Best thing is there price was more than reasonable. Book them!

I normally like to do my own handyman work but I was away on a church retreat so my wife had to call in a professional for a leaky kitchen faucet. She said Sal was very courteous and prompt. We will continue to use him whenever I am not in town. Thanks again!

I have been using Harris Plumbing for the last 20 years. The staff is professional and accommodating. They explain the ins and outs and pros and cons of each Job. Patsy, Joe and Tony are great. They are licensed and are above board with their work and do not take short cuts. When they do a job, it's complete. My only challenge using them is they are not readily available on weekends and late evenings for emergencies but on weekdays, you can get them at 7am and they are very responsive to your needs, often same day to within 24 hours. Their workers have been honest, professional, flexible, reliable and respectful.

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

My water heater was not providing sufficient hot water and I contacted Neo Plumbing to fix my issue. The plumber, Nick came on time and diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. The price was fair and they completed my water heater repair. I am very happy with the service.

Both, my neighbor and I had a really bad experience with vigilante plumbing.Imagine a stereotypical repair service that takes advantage of peoples situation when their heat is not working, and they do unnecessary work, and overcharge for parts and services. That pretty much sums up how they operate.I am a full-time repair technician myself, so I am more than qualified to rate other repair technicians. I just don’t work on boilers.Their technician really did not diagnose the problem properly. While exploring, he used the wrong tool to remove a part and damaged a small part within it.After a couple of hours of no progress, I asked him to leave, but they still charged a hefty price for his so-called diagnostics service.A year later, I see a Vigilante van parked in front of my neighbor’s house, and I see none other than the owner of the company cursing and yelling at my neighbor – that’s how he treats his customer.I took the opportunity to tell the owner how dissatisfied I was with the service to which he replied, with some arrogant and rude comments.It also doesn’t help that they disrespect their community by always parking their vans on clearly marked bicycle lanes, often left idling. I guess the idling must be a tactic to avoid getting a ticket for parking, as the engine is running.

RAYMOND LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM IS EXCEPTIONAL , AFTER DOING MY BOILER HE CLEANED UP THE WHOLE AREA AND TOOK AWAY ALL THE DEBRIS EVEN SOME OTHE THINGS I NEEDED TO BE DISPOSED AND ALSO HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Emergency Service at 200 am Friday morning 11/01/19 !!!!

I literally sprung a leak in my kitchen by way of a 1/2” black pipe plug into a brass three-way nipple.
Not knowing that these two different materials shouldn’t be mixed together for an installation this created my problem.

This setup was put together for a future dishwasher in this area for hot & cold lines. Unfortunately the plug threads inside the three-way nipple corroded & broke off the black plug causing excessive water springing horizontally everywhere. After quickly shutting off the main water shut-off I had to call for help.
I called the Plumbing Squad 24 hr # which transferred me to local plumbers on there list who are available 24 hrs. I spoke to Patrice, quickly described my problem over the phone & he quoted me a price.
It was expensive but reasonable given the predicament I was in.

He arrived in around an hour. He was very polite, courteous & respectful. After showing him the job he consulted me on any final decisions alterations. We agreed & he got his tools & began working.
He cut out the 2x three-way nipples, installed 2x new ball valves & fitted 2x new small copper pipes pcs to slip over & connect both lines. Patrice knew what he was doing & calmed my urgencies down.
He had all his tools & materials needed for his job. I was impressed & want everyone else to know he’s good ppl & this company is really a lifesaver !!!

I will never forget this & have already considered Patrice for my future jobs coming up.

We were very pleased with the work done. I felt the employee who did the work went over and above. It was a hard job but he stayed after dark in damp weather until he fixed the problem. Thank you. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS! NO-SHOW!

I was extremely disappointed with a last minute cancellation at 12:00 Noon for today's 10a-2p appointment, I find it incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. They simply left a voicemail saying they got too busy with other jobs.
Hmm…that seems a bit contradictory to their website where they state [their] reputation has been built on high quality, fairly priced service...On never having to make excuses.
My wife and I made arrangements, not only moving our schedules around but also everything under both our sinks in advance of what we thought would be an agreed upon appointment.
They came well recommended by our well-connected broker at Corcoran Real Estate, and seemed to have it together by how quickly they turned around a COI that named us and our building management, but alas, no play no pay!

I highly recommend these plumbers. They are very knowledgable and professional. Will be my go to plumbers from now on.
