I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I am so thankful the best part is it costed less than what I expected I mean you get what u pay for but in this case I promise u 5 star service even at 4 am. please trust me and call these guys bc 24 hour plumber nyc is where I go for all things plumbing and I got plumbers in the extended family.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgable, helpful and well spoken. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected through no fault of theirs and they were assiduously responsive. I like to have a community of small business people I can rely and Ariel will be our plumber so long as we live here.

I needed to replace the boiler in my building and I called Neo plumbing for an estimate. The plumber arrived and gave an estimate and scheduled for the job. Very happy with them and they provided a good plumbing service

Great service ?

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.

Finally an honest plumber! Had some serious problems in my midtown apartment, and I'd already been through 2 plumbers (who shall not be named, but were severe disappointments)... Thanks to the 24 Hour Plumber NYC team I now have a clean bill of health for my plumbing systems, and I can rest easier at night. Thank you!

unfortunately, they are extremely rude when calling in for information. They just hang up on you before you even get your information out.
