Best Fixture Plumbing in New York NY

These guys were fantastic. I had a radiator leak at my bar uptown, and they came within the hour to fix it. I had called three other plumbers, and they were the only ones that answered the phone. Professional, quick, and neat. Would definitely call them again.

I couldn't have chosen a better plumber. his work was meticulous & he was very polite & explained what he doing step by step. also his fee was about 1/2 of what others wanted to charge...& he did extra things with no extra charge. i would recommend him absolutely both for his price his expertise. what a Godsend!!!

Terrible service, stay far away

Is the worse experience I ever had with a plumbing company I'm still waiting for them to finish what they started.

They saved my night

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

Watson has been my go-to plumbers for pipes, leaks, and inspections. More recently they came to my rescue when our (new!) hot water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not relight. Based on that, I will probably use them for more heating services too and get one stop shopping.

Everyone has been great.

Their service was professional.

Terrible!! Made a leak under the kitchen sink and left!!
On 9/20 the company plumber arrived to tighten one pipe connection that was loose and after touching adiffrent pipe he made
It leak!! left to get something in the local store and after didn’t find the piece in one place just left!!
And left us with a leaking kitchen sink that wasn’t leaking before he touched it! The company call and said that he had to go to another job!! they can send someone on Monday!! In 4 days!!!

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.

The plumber never showed up within the estimated time frame. I called to follow up and they confirmed that he was not going to make it. Very unprofessional that they failed to call or reschedule. I went with someone else.
