Very responsive and professional. Offer free consultation / estimate visit and can often do the work on that visit. Recommended.

Scheduled a virtual consultation and had a video call with a person named Dritero. He agreed to email the estimate for the work along with required paperwork for our building. Did not hear from them after that and there was no response to my texts. So unprofessional.

Update: Since I posted this, I was contacted by Dritero. It seems there was some confusion around the communication. Rite Plumbing have provided an estimate.

Roger did a great job resolving our drain issue. He was very professional, and I appreciate the wonderful job he did.

I highly recommend Sal for any plumbing needs. I had a toilet repair issue and Sal was responsive, transparent, timely (in the case, he was able to accommodate same-day service), and all-around professional.

Saved the day! Came in at midnight and took care of everything within minutes! Great guys!

THEY REPLACE MY WATER HEATER

The customer service was great . The dispatcher replied to my general inquiry and was able to send a technician who came on the same afternoon. The work was well done and I will definitely hire him again.

Our plumber, Ray , showed up within the allotted time frame. He cleared my drain promptly and gave me excellent advice on how to fix the problem.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

Couldn't be happier! They were very prompt, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and resolved the problem immediately. Really appreciate the advice for another plumbing dilemma. Would definitely use them again and recommend!

I’ve been going to the Eastside Quality Cleaners to get my clothes tailored for years, ever since I moved to East Village. The shop’s kind seamstress does a GREAT job tailoring my cloths - she’s meticulous, skilled w/ quick turnarounds - AND at a rate that is way below market. Over the years, she’s probably altered 30 pieces for me, ranging from $5 to $30 (when my wedding dress needed alterations done on the bottom- normally it’d be $200). I’m so glad I’ve found this place!

Once I described my drain issue over the phone, they sent a camera down, offered some suggestions, and returned to fix the issue. I can't say enough good things about how professional and dependable they were.
