Had a clogged toilet at a bldg I own. Was quoted a price for an excavation. Had a 930 appt which canceled at last minute. I have to travel to get to the bldg I own and wasn't very happy. Went back home and waited and waited, 5 hours later was told Plumber was on the way. I returned to the bldg very annoyed but was greeted by a very nice technician Ahmed 5384. He suggested we try to snake the toilet before going with the excavation at this point I just wanted it over with so agreed. Low and behold he cleared the line and replaced the handle made some suggestions on how to avoid a future clog which I passes on too the business owner. I'm so happy the 930am guy canceled because ahmed5384 saved me alot of money and stress. Not sure If I'd would use roto rooter again because it's obviously hit or miss with its technicians. If I do I'll ask for ahmed5384.

I have a mystery leak which may be causing the floor to buckle, and I asked Fred Smith Plumbing to come and investigate. My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. I don't know how competitive their pricing are, but I believe that less trustworthy businesses or plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior lady to undertake extra work and drive up the bill.

He also installed a water softener. He did some more plumbing work in my home for me because I relocated a bathroom and laundry area. They did an excellent job!
