Basement flooded due to heavy rains, called roto rooter who I had worked with in the past. They used a hydraulic pipe to clean out the grease trap and to prevent the pipes from blocking up. Chris was very polite and professional, it was a pleasant experience. Only issue was that it took them twice as long to get to the store, most likely due to heavy demand for their services.

The process was quick and seamless! These folks were such a pleasure to work with. Our plumber was so informative and had a wealth of knowledge.

I only called for an estimate to change out an old stove for a new one, had all the equipment delivered with the new stove. All I needed was a licensed plumber to disconnect the old gas pipe and put a new one on the new stove. All other quotes were in the range of $175 to $225 from several different competitors. Their quote, $450! I promptly said no thanks and hung up. Shop around and get quotes to find out industry standard pricing. No service was provided by this company and I am not commenting on their service, just a ridiculous pricing issue.

Phil Smith, our technician, showed up when he said he would, handled our flooded basement with a cheerful attitude despite the dire circumstances, and finished the job in a timely manner. We were so impressed with his work that we had him check out our sprinklers as well. Knowing what to do when you discover sewage water in your basement is a comforting feeling. My family's business for a long time, this plumber is highly recommended.
