Ben was very thoughtful and very thorough. He evsn helped me move furniture in case my old rusty pipes decided to leak once the blockage was removed. After a month of plumbing issues the water is cycling through my bathroom with ease. I was also given great advice on suggested upgrades for my home that will make my home more efficient in the future.

I called for the service, and the plumber came and did the job fast and clean, also gave me some professional advice. I am 100% satisfied with their work.

I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., the company emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. According to the person I spoke with, they are an emergency based business so this happens! I would not recommend.

To my utter surprise, a live operator took my call and promptly accommodated my request for an appointment the very same day. I don't know how competitive their pricing are, but I believe that less trustworthy businesses or plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior lady to undertake extra work and drive up the bill.
