Roto Rooter did a fantastic job. Our plumber Frank was professional and went out of his way to fix all our problems in a timely manor. He saved the day! Would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any serious plumbing issue.

He was so professional and he worked very quickly but efficiently. He explained everything he did in my kitchen with the pipe repair and the bathroom with clearing the stopped up sink and tub.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed

I’ve been going to the Eastside Quality Cleaners to get my clothes tailored for years, ever since I moved to East Village. The shop’s kind seamstress does a GREAT job tailoring my cloths - she’s meticulous, skilled w/ quick turnarounds - AND at a rate that is way below market. Over the years, she’s probably altered 30 pieces for me, ranging from $5 to $30 (when my wedding dress needed alterations done on the bottom- normally it’d be $200). I’m so glad I’ve found this place!

My toilet was leaking constantly and wasting a lot of water. The plumber arrived and repaired the toilet. Very happy with the quick and efficient service. Will use them again for any of my plumbing problems.

My boyfriend made an appointment for 4pm. At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.
