The technician, Christian, immediately saw what the problem was and fixed it, communicating to both me and the tenant the full details. And he was able to answer a completely different plumbing question, which really was a one off, but he knew exactly what I was talking about and confirmed specs I didn’t even give him. I certainly would use him again whenever I contact Roto Rooter!
