Jason fixed the heater on my moms condo in Kips Bay. He was in and out quickly, clean, and efficiently. A bit more expensive than the others but the service was great and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the quality work. Would definitely call again.

I have been reaching out to them for months with no response. I call again MONTHS later and the guy says that they cannot do the job and did not inform me because he was out of town. FOR 3 MONTHS?!? Extremely unprofessional.

After discovering a sewer line backup in the basement, I immediately called Roto-Rooter. I was quickly scheduledfor a same day appointment. A representative called back an hour later stating that there would be a slight delay, but that a technician would arrive at a certain time,which he promptly did. The tree roots were quickly unblocked from the pipe and the problem was solved. All in all things went very well but they were a little pricey, which from experience, I found that most all plumbers will charge more for an emergency situation. Another satisfied customer...

I normally like to do my own handyman work but I was away on a church retreat so my wife had to call in a professional for a leaky kitchen faucet. She said Sal was very courteous and prompt. We will continue to use him whenever I am not in town. Thanks again!

After trying several other providers late Saturday night, the guys at 24/7 manhattan Plumbing NYC returned our call within minutes and were on site 90 minutes later. This was a fairly complicated issue and the technician they sent turned out to be both skilled and persistent in resolving the problem.

Jerry and Marlin were my plumbers who were here to fix a leak coming from a radiator valve. Thankfully they were able to stop the leak without replacing the valve. It’s a recessed radiator that would have made valve replacement a much bigger job. They are two very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen, highly recommend.

BL held the position of technician. He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

The shop’s kind seamstress does a GREAT job tailoring my cloths - she’s meticulous, skilled w/ quick turnarounds - AND at a rate that is way below market. Over the years, she’s probably altered 30 pieces for me, ranging from $5 to $30 (when my wedding dress needed alterations done on the bottom- normally it’d be $200). I’m so glad I’ve found this place!

Once I described my drain issue over the phone, they sent a camera down, offered some suggestions, and returned to fix the issue. I can't say enough good things about how professional and dependable they were.

My kitchen faucet is leaking so we scheduled an appointment with Watson. The next available appointment they had that fit with our availability was a week away from 8-11am. So fast-forward to 8/17, the day of the appointment...we received a call in the morning to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 8-11am; which was great! That was a good sign for us that this company had their business in order.

Come 11am, the plumber still hasn't arrived, no call and no updates, just didn't show. So we waited on hold with Watson, and was told that the plumber got caught up with another job and that is why he is late, but should be at my apartment before noon. -- Now this is a common excuse given by many repair companies, I know this because I used to work at a repair company call desk, and that is the excuse that we were told to use consistently. Even if I don't go off of that, it is still a little odd to us that our estimate was from 8-11am, yet there was a job scheduled before ours???

So, 12:18pm came, and still no plumber.

At this point we needed to get on with our day and they were way past their estimate. So we rescheduled the appointment to today with the same estimate between 8-11am. Everyone should have a second chance right?

So, here I am, the day of the rescheduled appointment. This morning there was no confirmation call so we called in to verify that someone was coming. We received confirmation after calling in and so the waiting started again.

Around 9am we were told that the technician was running into traffic in the 70s and should arrive within 30mins. Then around 9:35am we received another update that the technician was still on the way and should arrive in 30mins......ok. Then at 9:45am I was asked for photos of my faucet and told that the technician should arrive shortly. At 10:45am, still no technician and no call. At this point we call in and get told that the technician probably won't make it till after 11am, possibly after 11:30am.

So, appointment cancelled. That was their second chance. If you actually want a job done, then you may want to stay clear of a company who doesn't show up..........twice.
