We had a leak and a short window to have it fixed, these guys were AWESOME! Our building required paperwork prior to having them come , they had everything sorted within the same day . Extremely nice and proffesional. Highly recommend!

Came very quickly and got right down to work. Unclogged a waste pipe in the cellar that had 100-year-old grease causing a backup. Got everything flowing again and capped off an open pipe that was there. Was reasonable on the price, considering the same-day service. I have tried other plumbers, but find myself going back to Roto-Rooter again and again.

They came through as promised and fixed a leaking toilet. Got a quick appointment under 24 hrs. And they did a good job.

Don't Waste your time I call 8:15 am and made a service appointment they said they gonna send some one out between 11am and 1pm after I agree to the service charge. when I call back at 12:20pm to make sure they come to do the service they said no.the only way they going to come out is if I make a payment of $150 before they can send someone out I said I will pay when the plumber is on location They insisted I pay first .PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

He arrived on time, dressed professionally, was courteous, and was intent on ensuring he understood our problem and repaired it in the quickest, least expensive way possible. He kept us apprised of everything he observed along the course and recommended the most effective cure. After assessing the likely source of the water backup, he suggested that it would be in the best interest to start with a scope to identify if the issue was a blockage or something else. The scope is significantly less expensive than a cable. In addition, he stated that he clears the majority of blockages with the camera, avoiding him from charging more for a Rooter cable. In addition, he warned that if the camera locates the obstruction but is unable to clear it, he will not charge for the camera effort and will only charge for the cable work.

They did a wonderful job overall, staying very close to their accurate estimate. Definitely going to use them again for future plumbing projects.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

She is calm and collected and extremely nice with the most soothing voice ever.She is very attenrive to customers needs.
