they were great!!! helping out at a friends bar in brooklyn on a busy night when we had an emergency...not only did they get there fast and fix the problem, but they were polite and cleaned up after themselves!!!

This company is very ethical and works very hard for their customers. On top of that, they do a great job. Can't thank them enough for all they did for me! This is my official go-to plumber for the next time need for sure.

I'll be honest. I've never really hired people who mostly have word of mouth reviews. I usually do intense research and checks. I was sketchy at first, but let me say, it was amazing. Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

Is the worse experience I ever had with a plumbing company I'm still waiting for them to finish what they started.

We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

On Saturday night, my wife and I had a family emergency at our house. Joelle was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I have received professional service of a high quality. We'll be using his services again in the future.Many, many thanks, Joelle!

Miserable customer service. Had these guys install a dishwasher which they did a fine job of except for putting screws into the sides of my counters so that I could no longer pull it out. When I called to see if someone could come by to check it out they told me no.

My kitchen faucet is leaking so we scheduled an appointment with Watson. The next available appointment they had that fit with our availability was a week away from 8-11am. So fast-forward to 8/17, the day of the appointment...we received a call in the morning to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 8-11am; which was great! That was a good sign for us that this company had their business in order.

Come 11am, the plumber still hasn't arrived, no call and no updates, just didn't show. So we waited on hold with Watson, and was told that the plumber got caught up with another job and that is why he is late, but should be at my apartment before noon. -- Now this is a common excuse given by many repair companies, I know this because I used to work at a repair company call desk, and that is the excuse that we were told to use consistently. Even if I don't go off of that, it is still a little odd to us that our estimate was from 8-11am, yet there was a job scheduled before ours???

So, 12:18pm came, and still no plumber.

At this point we needed to get on with our day and they were way past their estimate. So we rescheduled the appointment to today with the same estimate between 8-11am. Everyone should have a second chance right?

So, here I am, the day of the rescheduled appointment. This morning there was no confirmation call so we called in to verify that someone was coming. We received confirmation after calling in and so the waiting started again.

Around 9am we were told that the technician was running into traffic in the 70s and should arrive within 30mins. Then around 9:35am we received another update that the technician was still on the way and should arrive in 30mins......ok. Then at 9:45am I was asked for photos of my faucet and told that the technician should arrive shortly. At 10:45am, still no technician and no call. At this point we call in and get told that the technician probably won't make it till after 11am, possibly after 11:30am.

So, appointment cancelled. That was their second chance. If you actually want a job done, then you may want to stay clear of a company who doesn't show up..........twice.
