Great plumber in NYC - called Hub Plumbing up because I had faucet leaking and disposer not working, they comet and was on time and repaired problems quick and extenpesive.

From 8pm to midnight this company fixed a leaky pipe. Wow was a lot of work. They got it done right. Had all the tools and parts available. Best thing is there price was more than reasonable. Book them!

Service tech Brandon arrived on time and completed the work properly and affordably. After the Ship cleared the line, I paid extra for a camera view, and it was well worth the cost. The monitor displayed a large hole that the snake had bored through the root-tangle obstruction. Brandon then ran a bigger bit through the line a second time for free to remove the remaining debris. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and he resolved the issue. I will maintain his business card. Best plumbers in Manhattan.

Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

I was assisted by Chris on a whim tonight. As late as it was (7:00 PM) Chris did not hesitate to greet me with a smile and get to work on his analysis of the issue.This was my first time dealing with a plumber and I was nervous at first. After working with Chris I was absolutely appaled at the professionalism displayed but the depth of knowledge and passion he has for his career. Not only was he able to unclog my toilet but he taught me so much about the pipes and how it all operates so I could be educated myself for what to look iut for incase anything happens againI'll definitely be using this company for further plumbing issues. I contacted because my water heater had stopped heating and I needed plumbing repair. Plumber came over and looked at it, adjusting one component. When he came the next day with the new part, he replaced it. My water heater was back up and running in a matter of hours.

I located a water leak and had two of the sink faucets in the restrooms repaired. The plumber had a ton of experience and worked extremely hard. Superior care for customers and a spotless setting. Excellent work.

Crooks. They told my super that the flood in the apartment below me was because I needed my flange replaced. I called other (honest) plumbers and my insurer and they said my flange only needed to be replaced in my apartment if there was visible flooding in my apartment and a stench. There was neither. Because they said I needed the flange replaced I had to get it done. They spent hours in my bathroom sitting on the flood doing nothing (I was getting billed hourly) and then went to charge me $855. And of course there is still flooding in the apartment below mine.
